1. 18+ONLY [And we do mean 18+. This is an adult room and we will not be responsible for the corruption, disillusionment, breaks with reality, or any other trauma to a minor's mental state. If you are caught breaking this rule, please see the punishment phase of Rule 6.] In accordance to Local, State, Federal, and International Law, you must be 18 [21 in some jurisdictions] or older to be here. NO EXCEPTIONS.
2. No crossing IC and OOC, and vice versa. It's annoying and can lead to asshattery (see Rule 6). People caught crossing OOC and IC may find their character shot, burned, electrocuted, fed to Gluttony, and their soul then shredded by the Gate creatures. You have been warned.
3. No asking for personal information. [phone numbers, address, etc.] This is a role play room, not Match.com. If you and another player want to exchange personal info, keep it out of the room. Asking for personal information in the room could cause any military personal lingering around to confuse you with a psycho-killer that has weird fetishes like wearing skin suits, which will result in the military hunting you down, and allowing a crazed alchemist to use for experimentation.
4. No Stalking [Cyber or Otherwise]. If your "thing" is stalking people, please go find a room that caters to it. We don't. See punishment phase of Rule 6 for the penalties of stalking.
5. Play nice, or Riza shoots you. Then leaves your twitching, still alive body for Roy to burn.
6. This is the catch all rule for anything we missed: If you act like a dumbass, harass other players, whine, cry, and/or bitch about stupid crap, act in a manner that can be described by the words 'asshat', 'asshattery', or any variations there of, and/or make a general and constant nuisance out of yourself, Riza will shoot you, many times in places like the knees, shoulder, and the ever painful groin area. Then she will leave the rest of your fate to Roy. Just remember, out of the two, Riza is the nicer one.
7. No speed posting. Give your fellow r/pers a chance to respond. Not only is speed posting annoying, but it can lead to Wrath getting twitchy and alchemizing you into a frog that she then squishes. This also includes NO FORCE POSTING! We expect you to be realistic, however when fighting, say something like "Punching towards your face, trying to strike your jaw. If the blow lands..." ect ect. NOT "I punch you across the jaw knocking you to the ground." In a real fight then these posts will be ignored. The only time these kind of posts will be accepted is when its mutually agreed upon by both typists in a pre-set storyline.
8. This is an ADVANCED ROLEPLAY ROOM. This means that 1 and 2 liners do NOT cut the butter here. You will be expected to be able to post in detail and articulate what you are trying to say. If you have difficulty doing this, then ask for help from one of the Staff of the Room. They can help you with how to add more detail to your posts.
9. Character Death: IT HAPPENS. If you would like a match judged, the Moderators are your Judges. If Judges are not available at the time, post the script on the Message Board and ask for it to be judged next time they are on.
10. ALCHEMY MUST BE REALISTIC! If you do something and it isn't realistic you will see a Storyteller Post from one of the Moderators describing what would've happened. More often than not that if you did something wrong enough for this to happen... your character is going to die. You have been warned.
**Notice the Admins reserve the right to add, subtract, multiply, and divide these rules at will along with any applicable punishments. If you're caught violating the rules, we may even decide to get creative, y'know mix it up a bit! So be warned.
